D'ART OF GROOMING PET SPA takes pride in what we do. With our superb grooming skills and caring attitude your pets will love us! With your appointment, your pet will receive a 15 min Aqua massage with their bath, a deep cleaning facial, ears cleaned, haircut (when applicable) & brushing to mention the least. We are a low volume salon, meaning we only take in a certain amount of pets per day and have very limited space which is why it is important to have an appointment scheduled prior to your grooming visit. Also we ask that you honor your drop off/pick up times in a timely manner. This is to give every pet their fair share of proper one on one time, care and attention they deserve.
STORE POLICY: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All sales are final. A $30 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
GROOMING CUSTOMERS >>> You will be given 30 minutes to pick up your pet after receiving our phone call notifying you of your pets status. If your pet is not picked up within the 30 minute time frame and no other arrangements have been made, you will be charged $15 for every additional 30min. up to 6pm. If you pet is not picked up by 6pm, he/she will be taken to a boarding facility at your expense and/or charged $25/Hour until pick up. This policy will be strictly enforced in order to manage our limited space.
